• The chain tests of APOS-Z
    It is a complex chain of multidimensional tests used to establish the IQ. Additionally, the ability of creative and logical thinking, vivid memory, spatial planning, and cooperation are thoroughly investigated.
  • The Matrixes Tests of Raven
    It is a non- verbal IQ test. It is consists of tests derived from the models of uncompleted matrixes. Participants are expected to choose the missing piece of matrix. This kind of test is irreplaceable in selecting such individuals whose IQ is well over the average.
  • The Questionnaire of Social Competences
    The target of this test is to assess and describe social competences defined as skills of adopting oneself in difficult social situations
  • Job Scale I-E
    The goal of this test is to estimate the self-control and the control of whole situation according to the Rotter’s scale I-E. The most important part of selecting process in this test is the part which checks the feeling of control of the job environment.

All tests are carried out and interpreted by qualified psychologists. A contracting party receives the report with a description of tests and with results achieved by participants.
